I am looking to locate the birth certificate of my great grandmother Carmina De Tora. As far as I know she was born February 2nd 1875 or 1876 near Caserta, Teano, Casale. Sorry I do not have much to go on. I currently have her marriage license to Giovanni Caruso and I have her Parents and brothers name. Parents were Andrea De Tora born around 1848/1849 and died July 5th 1905; Maria Amalia Montuori was her mother (no additional info); brother was Vincenzo born July 4th 1877 @ 1428 on via Facci in Casale Villa Teano. As far as I know Carmina was married and had 2 children in Italy before immigrating to USA in 1902.

You can search the civil registrations for TEANO (births, deaths, marriages) at this link at the FamilySearch site.

The records are in Italian and usually organized by years. Sometimes you will find an index at the beginning or end of each year.

Thank you Marty! Do you have any information on how to get birth records or any other records from Roccamonfina Italy? I am hoping to find more information on my grandfather and his family. The sur name is Gallo. My grandfather was Guido or Guerino born to Benedetto Gallo and Antonietta Sciacca (not sure of spelling). Any more information would be so helpful, Thank you!

Roccamonfina Caserta is only online to the 1860's you would have to send for info to the comune
