Help locating birth certificate

I've been stuck for quite some time and writing to letters/emails to the communes hasn't yielded a response. Can anyone help locate a birth certificate for Amalia Sallusto born Jan. 25 1863 in either San Giovanni a Tedduico, Napoli or Torre Del Greco, Napoli. She wed Giuseppe Grillo in Torre Del Greco on Oct. 22 1883. She later died in Brooklyn in 1934.

If the birth certificate is located it would pinpoint her parent's names...I've have leads pointing in two different directions, I've been hung up on this for over a year.

Oh, I wish I did have a marriage record or something similar...otherwise I would not be having these issues. There are so many pieces that I am unable to connect. Unlike my family from Terlizzi, Bari where the old Italian records were prevalent,I cannot locate any records for my family from Naples prior to their arrival in the US. It's so frustrating.

by her passport, she was born in San Giovanni a Teduccio:

San Giovanni a Teduccio was a Commune, but currently is the 6th Municipality of Napoli town, so you can write:
Ufficio di stato civile
II Traversa privata Via dell'Epomeo n. 2

and please to explain abt San Giovanni a Teduccio birthplace so the clerk will know where to search...
