Basic Info:

On 17 May 1899 in the town hall appeared Carmelo L Monica, 29, a farmer who stated that at 10:25 am yesterday (16May) in a home on Via Frandaca from his wife Vincenza Andolina, a farmer was born a child he named Salvatore.

I believe the name of the street in these records was Via Fiandaca:

Via Fiandaca: https://www.google.co.nz/maps/place/Via ... 14.0332863

(Salvatore was born at 10.15 am  )
