Hello Scott,

#36
Antonino Andolina and Maria Grazia Alessi

First record is the 2nd publication of marriage banns -
between Antonino Andolia, single, age 21(?), farmer born and residing in Villarmosa, son of Francesco Paolo and of Elisabetta Manfia(this appears to be an error - see below)
AND
Maria Grazia d'Alessi, unmarried, age 17, born and residing here, daughter of Giuseppe and of Maria Bonasera.
Record dated 28 August 1898

Next - the 1st Publication of Banns (21 August 1898)
Same information - BUT the name of Maria Grazia's mother is identified as Giuseppa Rizza

Next - Extract of birth of Maria Grazia Alessi
#75
17 march 1883 - birth on the 16th
F: Giuseppe Alessio, 43, farmer
M: Giuseppa Rizza, his wife, spinner.

Next - Extract of birth of Antonino Andolina #121
14 June 1876 - Birth on 13th
F: Pasquale Andolina, 36, farmer residing in the town
M: Provvidenza Lo Dico, his wife, spinner.

Next - Certificate of no opposition
Same information about the spouses and their parents.

From the Italian Gov. Property Registry (Unclaimed property) in SANTA CATERINA VILLARMOSA
This is the complete and correct name of the town where the land is.

The following are still on title, even though all are deceased. Where are the descendants/heirs?

ALESSI MARIA GRAZIA
ANDOLINA PASQUALE FU ANTONINO
LO DICO SERAFINA

Hello again
One of the mind sets that of doing research is that they are not aware that just surnames is almost useless or at best a time consuming approach. You need first names too, towns of birth in Italy. With that information that Italian Gov. Servers will give you quick answers. So you are others much change the the approach your research unless you do not have more information on critical data: complete name, town of birth, and at least the year of birth.

You will note that information in your earlier posting referenced first names and at least of year of presumed birth. Thus I was able to easily find the family unit in one Italian Gov. Document as indicated above.

Recall we are not a genealogy company. Our clients are attorneys and direct clients who wish to claim the property in Italy according to Italian Succession law. Just remember we cannot search only by family names since there are so many people with the exact same name. What changes is DOB and town of birth.
