Hi guys!
I need some help with my family tree.
My family is from Refrancore ( Asti - Piemonte) and lately I was able to find a lot of information of some branches on familysearch but one person in special I've been having lots of problems. His name is Alessandro Brusasco and i believe he was born in 1865 (I know about the unification and the begining of the mandatory civil registration problems) but i really hope to find some new information about him.
This is what I could find about the rest of his family:
Figlio di: Pietro Domenico Brusasco (morti: 27/12/1889 - Nº51)
Sposa : Anna Luigia Severina Brusasco (nascita: 17/08/1870 - Nº72 ) fu Emilio Mortara (morti: 09/03/1873 Nº 10)
Fratello: Olimpio Benigno Brusasco ( nascita: 04/04/1873)
Figlio: Carlo Olimpio Brusasco (nascita: 31/10/1893 - Nº 86
I'm thinking about sending an email to the "Anagrafe" of the comune asking them about the "Ruolo della Popolazione" and other documents like "schede anagrafiche", "liste di leva" and "fogli di famiglia" (servizidemografici@comune.refrancore.at.it / refrancore@cert.ruparpiemonte.it)but i have no idea if i'm sending to the right place and if that will really work.. Do you guys have any experience with that kind of process? Do you think they will pay any kind of attention or will just send it to their junk box?
Please help me!!!! Any ideas are welcome!!!

Hi Marty
Related thread: https://www.italiangenealogy.com/forum/language/41146
"Birth No 72: Anna Luigia Severina Mortara
Refrancore: 17 August 1870
Appearing before the official was Emilio Mortara, son of deceased Camillo, 35 yo, contadino (peasant farmer), residing in this town, who presented a baby girl who he reported was born at 8 am on 15 August in a house where they lived at Contrada San Sebastiano, from his wife Francesca Accornero, daughter of deceased Pietro. The child was given the name Anna Luigia Severina.
Annotation in the margin: Anna Mortara, on 24 August 1889, married with Alessandro Brusasco in the town of Refrancore, whose Act (marriage record) was written in the relative register of marriage at No 16.
Here is their 1889 marriage record at No 16: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=1937992" (Marty has now translated this in previous post.)
Here's some additional information. I went through to 1898 looking at birth records that were available for more children, and only found the following. I also went through to 1903 looking at death indices that were available but didn't see any for any more children and also looked for Alessandro and Severina incase one had died. There were some records missing. It seems like they stopped having children 1893? Maybe they moved town?
