After the superscript 3 it says, "marito a D'Alberto Maria Domenica," i.e., "husband to Maria Domenica D'Alberto." She most likely was still alive at that time, because if she were already deceased the record would've usually read, "vedovo di D'Alberto Maria Domenica" ("widower of Maria Domenica D'Alberto"). In some records you'll see "fu" in front of the spouse's name, instead of the word vedovo or vedova, to indicate that the spouse was deceased.

I suspected that's what she was. Thank you both so much! I've seen "fu" on lots of records and had no idea it meant deceased. Great info to know.

You are welcome, Lynda. Just to add to what Carubia has said, the word "fu" is singular, literally meaning "was". Sometimes you will also see the word "furono" e.g. before the name of the parents of the deceased, which is the plural, literally meaning "were" and indicating that both parents were deceased.
