The year 1860 on the 17th of November at 8 PM ... on this day at 11 AM the death of Giovanna Savone, age 80, farmer, living in Rapone, daughter of the deceased Nicolo [Savone] and the deceased Rosa Tuozzolo?, wife of Antonio Ciampo.
Seems you have the gist of it. I can't quite make out the mother's surname either.
