Dec 8, 1841 at 3 P.M. in Town Hall of Gesualdo
Appearing were declarants: Biagio Cogliano, age 50, peasant, and Carmine Pinto, age 32, peasant, both living in the town on Strada San Sebastiano. They reported that at 2 P.M. today, in the house on Strada San Sebastiano, Sisto Cogliano, had died. He was age 48, a day laborer, and the husband of Catarina d'Addesa. He was the son of deceased Lorenzo Cogliano and deceased Anna Maria Pinto.

*the relationship of the declarants to the deceased is not given in the record
