It is the 1854 Birth Act 75 - Anna Musciotto - Giuseppe Musciotto and Maria Iuppa

Geraci (Siculo): 7 July 1854, 1 pm

Appearing before the official was Anna Zangara, 62 yo, Levatrice (midwife), living in Geraci, Rua Madonna, who presented a female that was personally seen by the officer who she stated was born from Maria Iuppa, 34 yo, living in Geraci, Rua delli Mura, and from Giuseppe Musciotto, 48 yo, pastore, living therein, on 7 July 1854, at 10 am in the house where they lived. The neonate was given the name Anna.
