Hi, please help us read the Allegati records from Geraci Siculo.
It is the 1836 Marriage Act 22 - Carmelo Iuppa & Maria Rizzo. In the Allegati is the Birth Act of the 2nd wife Maria Rizzo, Death Act of the 1st wife Domenica SanFilippo, and the Death Act of the Grandfather Carmelo Iuppa with what looks like a different date of death.
I've attached a copy of the record.

3 December 1809, the baptism of a child born the same day to Giuseppe and Giuseppa lo Pizzo, married couple. The child was given the name MARIA
20 December 1788, (death and?) burial of Carmelo Iuppa.
#41 - Dated 4 August 1836 in Geraci -
Declarants: Natale Savasta, neighbor, 55, shepherd residing Rua di San Michele; and Benedetto Corradino, neighbor, 52, shepherd, residing there.
At her home at 5 PM on today, the 4th, died Domenica San Filippo, wife of last place [last wife] of Carmelo la Iuppa, [she was] age 37, born in Geraci to deceased Stefano, ad to deceased Maria Anna Neglia.
The extract was from the book of deaths 1836 requested by Carmelo la Iuppa and written for his marriage to Maria lo Pizzo only.
Yes, the death of Carmelo in this allegati is different from a previous one posted. It is very possible that an extract for the wrong Carmelo was provided for ONE of the marriages. But which one?
Perhaps you can find a marriage for Carmelo's parents - that should give you some information about when Carmelo (the grandfather) died.

Thank you Tessa ... I see I misread the 2nd wife as Rizzo instead of Pizzo ... the P & R look so much alike and Rizzo is a common Italian name over here 
) ... I'll keep looking at the Iuppa records to see which one is correct. Unfortunately Iuppa is such a very common in Geraci ...
