I [name of priest] baptized an infant born this morning of [I can't make out the parents' first names] Baio(?), who were married, to which has been imposed the names Carmelus and Jacobus (Carmelo Giacomo). Then it lists the godparents' names (Blasius (Biagio) is all I can make out).

Can someone fill in my blanks?
