Help with a Latin record

Post by jml1991 »

I am having great difficulty reading the attached death record for Leonardo La Susa, my 7th great-grandfather -- at least I think it is his death record! The record is from Prizzi, Sicily, and the date is 28 June 1730 (year not visible). His wife was Dorotea; does it indicate that she was already deceased? Also, I can see the name of Domenico Lupo (I think). Who was that person? Are there any other names buried in there? His father was Filippo La Susa and mother was Mattia. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Leonardo was about 62 yo.

Yes. He was widower of the late Dorotea.

Also, I can see the name of Domenico Lupo (I think). Who was that person?
The priest who administered the last sacraments.

No, no other name.
