looking for relatives Boston area

Hi everybody. I am new in this community. I live in Italy and I would like to find out if we still have relatives in the Us.
My mother is 93 years old, she was born in a little village called SARNANO and we are looking for her uncle's relatives. His name was Francesco Marini (Checco for friends), born probably around 1885/1890, brother of VINCENZO MARINI, my mother's dad, who was born in 1884. Francesco (Checco) left Sarnano near 1905/10/15 and he married a woman born in another village near Sarnano.. unfortunately my mother's memory is not as good as 20 years ago, she doesn't remember much... If anybody knows anything about this little village and its inhabitants, pls let me know.

Ci sono 3 sbarchi a New York di un Francesco Marini, nato a Sarnano, nel periodo che indichi.
Potrebbe anche essere la stessa persona, vista l'età dichiarata: 19 anni il 28.04.1905, 23 il 26.10.1909 e 25 il 30.03.1912.
