Could really use some help on this one. Looks like water damage.

I believe that it is the birth record for Alfonse Filippelli. Record #44

I think I can see that the mother's first name is Celeste. That is all I can make out.

Any other information, such as the father's name, age, etc and the mother's first name would be appreciated.

The notation in the margin appears to be a marriage in Piedimonte on 23 November 1911 (or 13 November)
Bride looks like Maria Xxxxllo -

Father is age 29, farmer.
Birth on 25 February 1888
Mother looks like Celeste xxxxilli - could be Iannucilli (found in Alife) or Garzilli???

There is so very little there to read
I looked at the index to see if he was referenced, but he was not.
I thought he might have signed with the official, but not there.
I also looked for a marriage for Filippelli in the years before the birth, but did not find one.

So sorry.

Mother: Celeste Granitto, 29, farmer
Child given the name Maria Eugenia
Notation in marriage gives a date of death of 30 October 1954 in "Piedmonte d'Alife called Alife"
