Serrungarina & Fossombrone vital records (not on line)?

I live in the USA and I'm new to Italian genealogy research. I found the Italian National Archives records on-line at this web page = http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/en That is a GREAT resource but there are limits to the records available. For example, there are just a few years in the 1860's available for Serrungarina, Pesaro and Urbino. There are many more years available for Fossombrone, Pesaro and Urbino, but they range from from 1866-1910. What is the best way to search for records in those two Towns if they are not on line? Grazie!
