Some Latin help please

I have a marriage of Alfio Quattrocchi, son of Andrea and Paola Patti, and Filippa Rapisarda, daughter of Innocenzo and Anna Pappalardo. The marriage took place in 1815 in the church of Santa Maria de Monte Carmelo in quarter of Bongiardo in the then existing town of Acis SS Antonio and Filippo. The mother church of Sant'Antonio Abate has the processetti. I know the ancestry of Filippa, her family is from the Bongiardo area, but cannot get further with Alfio.

As part of the processetti, there is a document from the cathedral in Catania. It appears to mention that publication of the marriage was made there as well as some other information. Can anyone assist in translating this further for me (see link, page on right, the quality is poor)? There are many churches in the city of Catania and, so far, I have had no luck in locating a baptism record for Alfio or a marriage record of Andrea and Paola.

Actually, I just realized, this is not Latin, it's Italian, I don't know why I thought it was Latin.

I still could use a translation.
