Names in the 1756 Birth/Baptism Record

I have two questions:

1. What is the surname of the priest of San Sabino in Gildone? Domenico ?

2. What is the given for the surname of Farinaccio that is located the bottom of the birth/baptism record, just above: "Gildone di otto Maggio." I do not see any notation about this person being a godparent---must be a witness. Am I right ?

3. The mother's surname is either Damico or D'Amico.

1. What is the surname of the priest of San Sabino in Gildone? Domenico ? Difficult - could be Lacerenza, Laurenza, Pazienza, though the strokes do not match these surnames

2. What is the given for the surname of Farinaccio that is located the bottom of the birth/baptism record, just above: "Gildone di otto Maggio." I do not see any notation about this person being a godparent---must be a witness. Am I right ? I am reading Diomede Farinaccio, a notary.

3. The mother's surname is either Damico or D'Amico. Looks like Damico - both spellings are found in Gildone
