mother's surname

mother's surname

any thoughts on what is the name/word after mother Irene de Angelis Eprem? Efrem? Esrem? I have seen this family in many of the records and sometimes her surname does not include this.

and would you think his age as 32?

I read "Efrem", but I can't say if it's a second part of her surname
