Vercelli Piedmont

I am wondering if someone knows if Vercelli has online birth records.I am looking for my husband's Grandmother's birth certificate. She lists Vercelli as her birth place. I have her original baptismal record and it says Provincia: Vercelli. Comune: Campiglia (Cerva?) Diocese:Biella Parrocchia: Campiglia(cerva?). So I am not sure if I should be looking in Vercelli or Campiglia (year of birth is 1881)

Hi Crystal, Campiglia Cervo is currently in Biella province, but the territorial boundaries over time have changed and therefore before it was in the province of Vercelli...

So it's says Comune Campiglia Cervo. Would I contact someone there for a record? I am confused, sorry.
