Does it tell me where Raffaela was born?

Yes, birth on 11 December 1859 - presented to the official in Santomenna on 12 December by Domenica Chiara the 56yo midwife.

The mother, Raffaela Figurelli, was age 22, residing in Santomenna (her place of birth is not mentioned). The father is unknown.
Baptism at the parish church on the 12th.
