Ricci and Allegretti marriage 1909

[khoney]

Below is a link for the marriage of Serafino Palo Vincenzo Antonio Ricci and Emila Teresa Rosa Allegretti found in Part 2. This is different than the usual marriage record. I see a reference to a doctor certificate. Would someone please translate the circumstances?

Thank you,
Karen

The doctor wrote that Emilia had a slight indisposition that absolutely impeded her presence at the town office for the celebration of marriage, so the marriage took place in the house in Piazza Mercato #20.
