Rome Hotels

I am planning a trip to Rome next year. Does anyone have suggestions for a moderately priced hotel with a spacious room that would include breakfast in a neighborhood close to sites?

You may not like this but it is great for me. I use monistarystays.com and stay in monistarys or with the nuns. I don't remember about breakfast but you can check it out. Clean and friendly but no tv in the rooms, there is a tv room.
