I believe that it says:
February 17, 1844 Fioretta di Bello died, wife of Michele Vania, born in Trani, age 56, daughter of Giacinto? di Bello, deceased, and of Maria Ventura, deceased.

Just to add to what is already here:

The deceased's name was Giuditta di Bello and she was a Proprietaria (Landowner). The rest looks fine.
