Russo family from Panni

My great grandfather Francesco Russo was born in Panni in 1891 and came to America on on the USS Roma in 1903. His younger brothers Celestine, Severio, and Giuseppe came to the States in the years to follow. The brothers lived in Providence, RI and Newton, MA. Saverio’s wedding record lists his parents as Vito Antonio and Angela Suli of Panni. Celestino’s obituary lists their parents as Cito Russo and Angelia Sullo of Panni. I believe Vito and Angelina were born in the 1860s and lived in Panni. I do not know if the brothers had any other siblings or if Vito and Angelina were their parents actual names. I had a cousin Anna (Angelina) Russo visit with family in Italy in the 1950s or 1960s so their were cousins in the area. I have added as attachments the brothers naturalization records for review. Is there anyone who can help guide me? I have searched on ancestry.com but keep running into dead ends.

There are registers for Panni online, but unfortunately they only are viewable at a Family History Center of LDS Church:

You can also write directly to the Comune of Panni to request the birth act of Francesco Russo in 1891, and the marriage of parents Vito Antonio Russo and Angela Sullo (the spelling found in Panni).

Write your request in Italian and include your photo ID and an email address.

Thank you both. I actually found out there is a Family History Center in the next town over from me thanks to that link. I just thought the only place you could view records was Utah for some reason.
