death record of Antonino Scandaliato

Usually I’m translating for other people, but I’m looking for a little help on this one myself. I’m having lots of trouble with the handwriting. This is the death record for Antonino Scandaliato, order #10. This is not in the regular death records for the year, but in part II, all handwritten. Antonino’s wife, Francesca Zummo, was the sister of my great great grandmother, and from family stories, etc. I think he was murdered by my great great grandfather. Trying to glean as many details as I can from the death record. I’m looking for help starting with the fifth line that begins “del Comune of Gibellina avendo…” My translation, along the parts I am struggling with follows:

Official of the Comune of Gibellina, having received from the magistrate of this local jurisdiction a notice dated today relative to the death of which _____________________________________________
that at 4 a.m. on the eighth day of this month and year died from a traumatic blow received ___ ____ at the hand of a man?, ________ Antonino Scandaliato, age 50, husband of Francesca Zummo, _____ farmer, born _________________ son of Antonio (deceased) and of Maria Camillo in the residence in Cortile? Padronaggio _____ .

I can't say this is correct so it's only a suggestion-

per colpo traumatico ricevuto alla testa causato dalla mano dell'uomo

this part I'm sure of:

relativo alla morte di cui in appresso e che munito del mio visto inserisco nel volume degli allegati a questo registro, do atto che a ore

Yes to "Cortile Padronaggio" followed by the word "numero" followed by a blank (so no number)
