Can anyone help me translate the attached handwriting? It is written on the side of the birth registration record, and based on other records I have seen, I believe it is something put in place after the fact. The birth registration states that the mother was not married to the father at the time of birth "dalla sua unione con non maritata" and I believe the handwiting in the attached is stating that the child is being given legitimacy because the father and mother married after the fact, but am not certain. It also provides a date, but I am not sure if it is the date they reported or the date they supposedly married, because the writing is hard to read.
Can someone confirm my assumptions, and maybe help read and translate the handwriting?

Anacleto Adamo was legitimized by Leopoldo Bernardoni and MAria Camatti, after their marriage, that was celebrated on Jun 19th, 1899 before the Royal Consul of Italy in Tolone, record #41.
I think you can find their marriage record in the 1899 marriage register of the same town.
