Here's my situation. My grandmother was born in Italy and Naturalized in the USA after my father's birth. My father never acquired Italian Citizenship.
Whose information needs to be on Form-1?
I'm applying for J.S. through my Paternal-Grandmother, whose info needs to be on FORM-1?

You complete Form 1 as the applicant. If your father is also applying, he completes the same form. If he is not applying, he completes Form 3, Declaration of Living Ascendant. Your naturalization grandmother does not need to complete a form.

You've misunderstood my question. On Form-1, there are six blocks: 1 for Great-Grandfather, 1 for Great-Grandmother, 1 for Grandfather, 1 for Grandmother, 1 for Father and 1 for Mother.
My line is Paternal-GM ---> F ---> ME.
So, I'm asking if I need to include the biographical information for my Great-Grandparents.
I'm assuming I don't since it is irrelevant, because my Grandmother is the Italian Citizen that I am applying through.

Great grandparents do not need to be included if your line begins with your grandparents.
