Re: Translation Help!
This record is NOT for Antonio Guarascio. He is the official of the civil state of this town.

I appreciate it erudita. How would I go about trying to find information regarding him being an official of the civil state of San Giovanni in Fiore? Would they have more detailed information.
Re: Translation Help!
You're going to have to try to contact the town, its library, or a library in Calabria. Here are some email addresses you might try. Currently on the town's website, the section about the library is under construction and there is no information there. I did find the following though, but I can't guarantee that these email addresses will work. Make sure you give the name and approximate year when you know he was a town official in the town.
