I think this is the atti di nascita for my Great Grandmother her info is:

Rosa Massaro born 6 Jan 1894

Her mother Giuseppa Ferraro

Her father Carmelo Cenere Massaro

I could have the wrong record I just got tired of second guessing my very poor translation abilities. Thanks for any help!

This family have a double surname: Massaro Cenere

Yes Rosa Massaro Cenere was born on 6 January 1894. Her father, was Carmelo Massaro Cenere, son of Andrea. He was 42 yo, shepherd living this town. Her mother was Giuseppa Ferraro, daughter of Ignazio. She was a housewife.

If you have any more records needing translating, please link us directly to the online link, not to a downloaded image. This record isn't the clearest to read. The direct links are much easier to work with. Thank you.
