Can anyone advise on how to look for a marriage record? Nothing is coming up online that I can find.
The marriage was between Felice Parisi and Annunziata Masella on 22 October 1887 at St Gennaro, Caserta, Italy.
Is St. Gennaro a church or a town?

Look for SAN GENNARO, Caserta.

Unfortunately you won't find anything after 1865.
There is also San Gennaro Vesuviano near Naples and a San Gennaro di Palma. Once you are sure of the town write to them for a copy of the marriage.
