Help Translating Mendicino Birth Records

I finally got a chance to go to my local Family History Center and was able to access Mendicino records - woohoo! I found the birth records of my great-grandfather Umberto Naccarato and great-grandmother Emilia Filippelli. Would love some help translating, including the side annotations - thanks.

Father: Luigi Naccaroto, son of Pasquale, age 35, farm laborer residing in Mendicino.
Mother: Carolina Gaudio, daughter of Domenico, his wife, age 33, farmer residing with him (husband)
Child was born on the 15th of the current month and given the name UMBERTO

Side notation of Umberto's marriage to Emilia Filippelli on 24 June 1920 in Mendicino (#36)

Mother: Rosina Gaudio, daughter of Salvatore, age 21, farmer, his wife, residing with him.
Child was born on 20th (yesterday) at 10:20 AM and given the name EMILIA
