Assistance with 1678 possible death record of Nob Giovanni Battista Negro

Good Morning,
I am in need of assistance to see if this is the death record of Giovanni Battista Negro.

4 Mar 1678. There are a few words before his name that I cannot read and so I am wondering if this is in fact his death record. ......Nob Giovanni Battista Negro, 70 years. There are many deaths on this record. Left side of page as well as previous page.

Looking at this more closely I believe it could read Niger but I still think it is related to our Negro, Nigri, Negri.

Hi again,
Each time I look at this record I see something more; after Bap. is this the sign for quondam?and if so above this there is a word; does this say Laurentus? I am going to need a complete translation for this beginning with the word before Balderus forma? I just cannot make out this Latin. I surely appreciate the help on this death record.

Thank you for the translation but I was still confused when I looked it up on google.
1. It looks like Jacobus was a servant? and I don't know how this ties into Balderus formus? or what this means and
then if it is a stop before going into Nob Giovanni.....? or is this all one sentence beginning with Jacobus; I am
not sure how this reads in total. Is it Jacobus Balderus was a servant of the land? what does it have to do with
Giovanni?

2. Does this look like Nigri or Nigra or Nigro to you?

3. Did the priest here list many death records together? or are they sponsors or ? This record looks different than
the rest so that is why I am so confused. I am not sure if this is one or many death records which it looks like to
me as the priest told how old each person was.

As you can see this was a very hard one for me but I appreciate all the help you give me. Thank you again.

Dear Mmogno,
Thank you so much for all of your translation today. As I worked today on some going back in early 1600's baptismal and death records I see the priest listed many persons together in one record. I did find Giovanni Battista Nigri's wife's death record of 1646 which I will post; I just happened on it by accident as I was looking for another record. She too is listed among others and unfortunately it does not give her last name either. Too, I am going to have to post for someone to locate my 9th great grandfather's birth record as I tried so hard but those late 1500 records are very hard for me to even find a name. Only a few that really stand out am I able to discern. I am going to give that one more good try and then turn it over to you experts!! Same with his death record. I just don't liketobother anyone unless I just cannot get it. Thank you again very much.
