Any help deciphering the bottom part of this birth act would be appreciated. Looking for the translation of everything after "letto il presente atto agli intervenuti."

The typed sentence "letto il presente atto agli intervenuti" is withdrawn. The hand written part reads:

La dichiarante ha denunciato la nascita suddetta per avere nella sua indicata qualità prestati i sussidi dell'arte sua nell'atto del parto della Florio, ed in luogo del marito il quale non ha potuto denunciarla perché trovasi all'estero
Letto il presente atto agli intervenuti si è da me e dalla dichiarante sottoscritto, ad eccezione dei testimoni percé analfabeti.

Translation:
The declarant denounced the birth because she was the midwife who assisted to the birth itself, the father could not do it because he was abroad.
The act was read to the attendees and signed only by the officer and by the declarant, since the witnesses were illitterate.
