I am trying to figure out this marriage record for Pietro De Rita and Carmella Ippolito

Does it give his age or parent information for Pietro? How about Carmella?
I see 2 references to Newark, Essex County New Jersey. I have never seen that before in an Italian record. What or who is the record talking about. Alot of the family had moved to the USA by 1891 so maybe someone there?
