I am missing a couple of key points on this foglio matriclolare.
I read on the top of the first page, something like "Miletto", I thought it maybe referred to Militia but I am not sure ?
In the bottom part, first page, I read to the effect that he was postponed to the next class (1890) because of "thoracic deficiency" but I have never heard of this medical term?
On page 2, I have been trying to search for the 3 different locations, perhaps the camps or bases he was assigned, but I have had no success? One appears to be No. 6, Parco Correggio, but I am not sure where it is, and the others, No. 49, and 68, I cannot make out the writing. If anyone has any input that would be great.

"deficienza toracica" = The chest has a smaller circumference than the table predicts:

"Tale nella 49 Comp(agnia) ????"
"Tale nel 68 Fant(eria)"
"Tale nel 6 Parco Carreggio." = Department in charge of the transport of food, ammunition and in general useful material to the operational departments. They had no combative but logistical roles. There could be mules, horses or oxen towing the cart.

You make it seem easy to make sense of this - Grazie
For Tale 49....are we able to make a determination of the word which follows the word Camp(agnia)...? it seems to start with a C and end with an i....
Do we know what the numbers (such as 49) signify?
On the first page, I read "Ascritto alla ferma di 2 anni (Legge..)". I assume this means he had to perform 2 years of military service/duty either before or after Mar 17, 1910 ?
Also, based on some of the "standard language" used to describe the military rules from other Matricolare documents, I read to the effect.... No declaration of conduct is made having served less than three months, Naples, on DEC 5....? In the bottom of of the page, the faded ink.

Re: Locations in Foglio Matircolare
Pasquale Balsamo had been drafted into the 2nd category. Therefore, in peacetime, he did not serve in the military, apart from a short period of training (From September 15 to November 30, 1911).
That's why the Foglio Matricolare says: "Non rilasciata dichiarazione relativa alla condotta avendo servito meno di tre mesi Napoli 5 Dicembre".
Tale nella 49 Comp(agnia) lavoratori 21 10 917. Pasquale as a civilian was a carpenter.

Re: Locations in Foglio Matircolare
I thank you for your excellent analysis.
I notice on this, and practically each document, there is a first date of unlimited leave (before the call to arms), in this case March 17th, 1910. Does this have to do with the initial (first) registration and physical exam process or part of the "premilitary" period of 2 years. I am not sure I understand this, could you provide any input as to what exactly this date refers to in the overall duration of his enrollment in the military ?
