Help with #45 1810 Latin birth record for Lorenzo Antonio Orione

Hi,
I am in need of some assistance with the birth record of Lorenzo Antonio Orione which I believe reads:

12 October 1810 in the same church
Lorenzo Antonio, legitimate and natural son of Francesco of deceased Jacobi, and Teresa of deceased Pietro Favaro, spouses Orione, born the day before he was baptized by RD Francesco Fietta. Godparents were ?? Negri and Gaspare? ?? (both names are very hard to read).
