I want to make sure I'm not missing something. This is the death record for Filomena Migliarese, it looks like she was 75 at the time of her death. Parents: Giuseppe Migliarese and Maria Conte. I though this person had married so was looking for her death record under a married name. Does this doc list a spouse, maybe a deceased spouse?

Filomena, a hotelier 75 yo, died on September 28, 1927 at Via Nazionale, in Grottaminarda.
Father: deceased Giuseppe Migliarese.
Mother: deceased Maria Conte.
