Need translation of witnesses of atti di nascita for Ida Costantini

I need a translation of the witnesses of the atti di nascita for Ida Costantini. I have uploaded a crop of the witnesses area for this record. To me it looks like the first witness is Giuseppe Pedria and the second witness is Taflae le Presutti.

The witnesses I read as: Giuseppe Palmieri and Raffaele Presutti.
Both surnames found in Citta' Sant'Angelo.
