I says that a baby, looking 1 day old, wearing some white rags, was put in the Wheel of the Town today(date is not mentioned, maybe it was in the missing part of the sheet). It doesn't even say the name the child was given.

Oh, I can see that now. After that, is says senza alcun segno nel corpo--without a sign/note on the body. How sad, it sounds like they didn't want him at all.
