I guess it's Croce Maria Giovanni, and surname Puma.
He was a man; Croce can a name both for men and women; but the other chance is Maria Giovanni (rather than Giovanni Maria), and it is not used for males (or at least, I've never heard of it).

The last name is definitely Puma because this is shown first in the record below and in the index. The first name is Croce, unusual, but logical. I have seen other records of males with three names, the second being Maria. The name is unusual? Look at the name of the mother, Salvatrice, feminine term for Savior.
