I've found the original 1910 birth act for Benedetto Luigi Pantorno, but realized there seems to be another recorded in 1911. As he was born out of wedlock, I'm imagining this second one is providing more details? I would appreciate a translation of the re-recorded act in 1911!

Re: Translate 1910 Birth Act
Thanks. I would like a true translation for the 1911 record of the mother recognizing him as her son. As in, a word for word translation and not just a summary, as I will be presenting this to family. Any chance you can provide?

Re: Translate 1910 Birth Act
The year 1911 on May 17th at 1pm in the town hall. In front of me Francesco Mazzarino, municipal undersecretary delegated by the mayor with act approved 1908 Nov 1908, and Civil State Officer in the municipality of Vizzini, appeared Mrianna Arfì, aged 23, daughter of deceased Vincenzo, housewife who presented copy of the recognition act, received by the Notary Rosario Selvaggi on March 3 1911, with which the declarant recognizes as her natural son Benedetto Luigi Pantorno, whose birth was registered in the Civil State books of this municipality, last year Sept 25, number 486 of the birth registers, born Sept 22, first name Benedetto Luigi and surname Pantorno, mother unknown and son of Giuseppe Pantorno, and she declared to be the mother of the aforesaid boy and she asked to transcribe and insert the act in the corresponding folder of the attachments to this register.
After accepting the legitimate request of Mrs Marianna Arfì I have signed the acy for approval and I have inserted it in the folder of the attachments to this register.
This act was written in the presence of the witnesses Francesco Avena, 43yo and Vito Romano, 23yo, both residing in Vizzini. After readinfg the act to all the attendees, it was signed only by me because the others are illiterate
