I'd appreciate a translation of the 1890 birth act for Giulio Cesari. Toggle forward for 2nd page.

Re: Could use some help
1890 March 28, in the town hall appeared Francesca Magliacco, 28yo, wife of Gennaro Mazzuca, who presented a baby boy apparently aged 2days and declared she found him in front of her door wearing a cap (cuffia) and bands (fascia). The baby was named Giulio Cesari. Francesca asked that the child should be left to here since she has a daughter of almost one year and therefore she can nurrish also the foundling.
