This is not the marriage act, but rather the certificate of publication of marriage banns.

Giuseppe Turchetti is the son of Gaspare [Turchetti], a day laborer, and of Teresa Fraboni, a midwife.
Giuseppe Turchetti is age 27, a shoemaker.
Albina Moroni is age 23, housewife, daughter of deceased Pasquale [Moroni] and of Maria Spadoni, housewife.
Publication of marriage banns on 10 and 20 August, resulting in no opposition to the marriage.

Before witnesses: Tommaso Tamburi, son of deceased Orazio, age 59; and Gisleno Giustini, son of deceased Lorenzo, age 33, both residents of Sinigaglia... appeared
Giuseppe Turchetti, unmarried shoemaker, son of living (both) Gaspare [Turchetti], shoemaker, and Teresa Fraboni, midwife.
Albina Moroni, unmarried housewife, daughter of deceased Pasquale [Moroni] and of living Maria Spadoni, housewife.
Then is mentioned the publication of banns, and the legal language asking if each takes the other as husband and wife.
Then it notes that the couple wishes to recognize as their legitimate son Remo Turchetti, born to them on 8 June 1872, and recorded as Birth #402, an extract of which they presented to the official.
Both the bride and groom signed the record with the witnesses and official.
