The mother's name sounds like Antonina Santa Maria (S. Maria). Can anyone understand the father's and child's name?

March 27, 1725- the baptism of an infant who was born this present day and given the name Stefano. I can't read what is after this first name. I believe it's a middle name given to the infant. Godparents were Magistri (title) Francesco Magro and his wife, Maria. I think the parent could be Antonio SantaMaria, and not Antonia, but the ending is difficult to read. I only see one parent mentioned in the record though.
