June 18, 1889, town hall, Orsogna, appeared Maria Giuseppa Curti, age 68, midwife, domiciled in this comune, who declared that at 4 p.m. on June 17 in the home in Sezione Campagna, number 266, Camilla Mancini, a farmer, wife of Antonio di Benedetto, farmer, both residents of Orsogna, gave birth to a female child who was given the name of Serafina.

The declaration was made by the midwife because of her participation in the birth and the fact that the husband was far from the town.
