Margherite Tedesco? Who is this? Solemn Promise

Hello! I found the Allegati for Giorgio Prinzi Lo and Maria Grazia Barone. I was hoping to find Nicasio Prinzi's death information. I do not think I found it but this one page popped up and it has a few names in it that I am interested in (Perhaps the parents of the parents...grandparents names).

Is Domenica Tedesco's mother Margherite Tedesco?

Your image does not match your link. On the link I'm seeing Domenica(m) Tedesco as the filia(m) or daughter of Joannis aka Giovanni and Margarita Tedesdco.

Really? This is exactly what I have been looking for...her parents - Domenica Tedesco.

It would not allow me to attach more than one document. Let me try to attach both again... But the link is accurate and probably gave you a better view.

What was this document about? Did Domenica Tedesco die therefore it lists her parents? I cannot find a Death Act for Domenica Tedesco who was married to Nicasio Prinzi. I believe Nicasio died between 1839-1842. His Death Act cannot be found, by me.

I am not expert in reading this kind of documents and the writing seems to me enough bad, so I can not read all the words, however I read the same as posted above by Biff, that is Domenica Tedesco daughter of Giovanni and Margarita Tedesco. It seems to me that surname Tedesco refers to both, that is it's the married name of the woman (but I am not sure).
This is the copy, written probably many years later (the date should be at the end at the following page) of a marriage act of said Domenica Tedesco and a man whose name I can't read but on the side of the document is written as Domenico Prinzi; he was son of Giuseppe e Caterina Prinzi.
The reason for which this document was written you should understand it by reading the marriage act to which it was annexed.

I found the marriage act you post elsewhere: no reference to Margarita Tedesco. Need to see the request of publications. If you read it, please post the link. Or I'll look for it later.
Can you give a link to all the 'allegati' for this marriage?
However for the moment I conclude that Domenica Tedesco married twice, with Domenico Prinzi on 20 May 1807 and later with Nicasio Prinzi (or was the same person with a different name?). Need to look at other documents. Do you have the marriage act of Nicasio Prinzi?

I found the marriage act you posted elsewhere and its 'allegati'.
I've been able now to read the name of the spouse in the document you asked about, it is 'Nicasium' so the mistake was in the side note with name Domenico.

So it is the marriage on 20 May 1807 of Domenica Tedesco and Nicasio Lo Prinzi, son of Giuseppe and Caterina Prinzi.

This document was probably required by the Civil Code of the Regno delle Due Sicilie and it seems that this procedure continued for a certain time also in the new Kingdom of Italy.

Hi! I just saw this... Thank you!

So his real name was "Nicasium" not Domenico? Or was he "Nicasium Domenico Prinzi Lo" Was Domenico his middle name? Or was the writing of the name "Domenico" an error altogether.

Also, to make myself clear...Domenica Tedesco only married once...and that was Nicasium.???

The act written in Latin was found by you in the allegati to a marriage, that now I can not find again, but if I well remember, was the marriage of a son of this couple: Domenica Tedesco and Nicasio Lo Prinzi. The act it's a copy, written by the pastor, of the marriage act of this couple and gives the names of their parents. The side note was made later by the official of the Comune who wrote wrongly Domenico instead of Nicasio. The two marriages was my supposition as I could not read the name Nicasium written badly. Later I read it and understood that the mistaken name was Domenico.
The maiden surnames of the wives are not indicated, there are only the surnames of husbands also for the wives.
So the family is as follows:
Domenica Tedesco, daughter of Giovanni and Margarita Tedesco;
Nicasio Lo Prinzi, son of Giuseppe and Caterina Prinzi;
Domenica and Nicasio married on 20 May 1807.
'Lo' is an article, as English The, and as you see, sometimes is present, sometimes not.
