This is the Montefredane birth act for the above Giuseppe Troisi

Presented in the town hallon 23 Feb 1893 by father Luigi Troisi, 42, a farmer, who stated that at 520pm on the 21st in a house at Via Rociole #10 from his wife Maria Luce, 40, a farmer, was born a male child he named Giuseppe.

This is the marriage of Giuseppe Trois's parents Luigi and Maria Luce. Not that the record starts about 2/3s down the page on the left. The clerk did not enter the record # "cinque' nor their names.
Married on 2 April 1872
Luigi Troisi, single, 25, a carpenter, born and residing in Montefredane, son of Nicola Troisi, a carpenter, and Angiloarosa Fandiario. Maria Domenica Luce, single, 21, farmer, born and residing in Montefredane, daughter of Carmine Luce Carmina Baratta, farmers.

It is possible to go back further since older records for Montefredane are online. However, these are not indexed nor does there appear to be yearly indexes so you would need to do a page by page search. I'd start by looking for Luigi's birth about 1846-1848 and Maria Domenica's birth about 1850-1852 in the "Nati" records. Once you find these, their parents' names and ages will be listed. With that information, you can then make an educated guess at when they were married and then search the "Matrimoni" records.

Please see my thread here.

You will find all records that I have indexed for this town so far. As of right now I am finished with:
Births 1809 - 1865
Marriages 1809 - 1899
Deaths 1809 - 1899

This Troisi family moved from Altavilla Irpina to Grottolella and then some to Montefredane.

BTW if the above Giuseppe Troisi is yours, you and I share two ancestors born around 1750.
Apricena, Caltanissetta, Grottolella, Mazzarino, Montefredane, Salerno, San Severo, Vasto

Yes,that Giuseppe Troisi, born 21 February 1893, is my paternal grandfather! We didn't know much about him because he died at age 25, on 26 October 1918, in Johnetta, PA, of bronchopneumonia (Spanish flu). My father, Louis (Luigi), had just turned 1, and my grandmother, Filomena, was pregnant with Giuseppe's second son, Giuseppe (Joseph). Because she was such a young widow (age 20), with two little boys (son #2 was born April 1919), she had to remarry in order to provide for herself and her sons. In July 1919, she married Pietro Valente (a widower), and had two more children, Laura and Pietro,
