Orsogna: 16 October 1909

Appearing was Giulia Polidoro, 40 yo, levatrice (midwife), living in Orsogna, who reported that at 8 am on 12 October, in the house in Via Vignaiuoli, No 72, was born from Maria-Nicola della Penna, contadina, the wife of Giuseppe d'Angelo, who both lived in Orsogna, a baby boy, who she (the midwife) presented and gave the name Domenico.

Witnesses Antonio Di Girolamo, 45 yo, contadino, and Alfonso Corradino, 35 yo, contadino.
