Can someone help me with this death record?

Second down on right, the death of 40-year-old Mario Paolo di Polizzi, son of Antonino and Rocchina, but there's a lot of other things in the record that I don't understand, and it looks longer than the other deaths on the previous page, does anyone know what it says?

It's the list of the Sacraments he received (like the first on the side page):
confessed by Don Francesco Romano on day 28th
Holy Communion from Don Giuseppe Gentili on day 29th
passed away last night
and buried in the Church of San Vito at 22 this evening

Thank you PippoM!
