February 23, 1905 at town hall in Orsogna, appeared Raffaele Marzolino, age 57, farmer, domiciled in Orsogna, and Marcelliano Cipollone, age 68, farmer, domiciled in Orsogna, who declared that at 3:30 p.m. on February 22, in the home on Vico Settimo Corso Orientale, Nicola Laerzio died, age 6 months, resident of Orsogna, born in Orsogna daughter of Raffaele (Laerzio), resident of Orsogna, and of Maria Marzolino, farmer, resident of Orsogna.

Witnesses were Antonio Marinucci, age 66, farmer and Antonio Corvino, age 58, farmer, both residents of Orsogna.
